Communications

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

All participants are invited to submit abstracts of scientific communications which will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee. The abstracts of the accepted communications will be published in the book of abstracts distributed to all symposium attendants.

Abstracts for posters can be submitted until May 15th 2022.

Abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission tool available under the Registration menu on this website. Please note that your registration is required to submit abstracts, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted abstracts will only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee.

You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If you do not receive anything, please send an email to to make sure we have received your abstract. Notification on acceptance (and day of presentation) of the abstract will be emailed approximately one month after the submission deadline.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Poster size is A0 (nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high), in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the first author, along with the day of presentation. Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.

AWARDS

In its constant effort to promote and encourage scientific excellence, the SEQT will confer Poster Prizes at the occasion of the 20th edition of the SEQT symposium. The SEQT Poster Prizes consist of a diploma and a cash prize, and will be awarded during the Closing Ceremony of the XX National Meeting.
